One Plus One and Xiaomi Redmi Note 3.
Both solid phones for the price I paid, certainly wouldnt look at a top end phone again.
Galaxy S6. Still a fine phone, although it's a bit annoying that they're talking about Android O and I still haven't been given N yet.
I didn't take an interest in the S7 because it didn't seem to be a massive step forward from the S6, but if they start going very cheap at CeX then I might as well go for the trade-in while there's still value in the S6.
Sony XZ. Generally weaker performance in comparison to other phones in it's class. Get regularly warm. Battery is not as strong previous Sony phones. But got it because of its design, front facing speakers, sd card, waterproof, side fingerprint reader and native PS4 controller support.
Got a Huawei P8, was on a nokia 735 but had to go android to support a credit/debit card reader for my business. Got it not long ago for £194.99 and get my usage for free from talk talk.
It makes calls and the internet works and the camera is ok in manual mode, battery just about lasts a day.
No plans to upgrade any time soon, leave it at least 2-3 years as long as it keeps working.
Moto X Style, but recently dug out my OnePlus One and forgot how good it was, so thinking of going back to it.
Similar to that.
Bought in, I think, 2007, for £5 ... which included £1 call credit. I added £20 and am still using that, though it's nearly gone. Still, £25 for 10 years usage, albeit minimal outgoing calls. Not bad.
Maybe it's time for a new phone. Maybe, if I'm feeling adventurous, I might spend as much as .... wait for it, .... £7.50.
Xiaomi mi4s. It's awesome.
The only con is they don't publish new builds of Android for it anymore but I still love it.
Has it really been three years? How time flies...
Well, I'm still on my Samsung Galaxy S2 (with JB 4.1.2), although it's getting seriously long in the tooth now. The problem is that is has just the right size for my needs and there aren't many phones with a swappable battery out there these days.
As long as not Apple anything usefull.
Galaxy S8+ (personal) too early to tell how good it is, but seems like it could be a real contender.
Galaxy S7 (personal, to be sold imminently) Great phone, one of the best of last year
Galaxy S6 (Work) Horrible till it got the Nougat upgrade then it became very good.
One+ 3 (work) Probably the best all round phone I've ever used, just wish it had an SD card slot
Nexus 6P (Work) OK, good build quality but big and no sd card support
Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro SE (personal, back up) Un fricking believable value for money, cant rate this phone highly enough and you can run 3rd party roms on it. The best budget phone bar none.
Umi Super (personal, 2nd back up) Hmmm my son used it more than me and it had big GPS issues till the nougat update. I'd rate it as OK.
My job sucks sometimes , and I do have a penchant cheap but good Chinese import phones.
Motorola G 4G (XT1039). Had it for over 2 years now and when it gives up the ghost, I'll not be spending any more than £150 to £200 tops on it's replacement, whatever the best value make & model is at the time. I don't need it to do anything beyond texting, a couple of hours worth of internet access a week (for bus journeys home from work) and maybe 2 or 3 voice calls a month.
HTC one M7 love the phone i never regret that buy
Hauwei P10, seems ok only had it a week though.
