I don't agree with that last part - apart from the text ik9000 quoted the article seemed pretty much Dragnet-style "just the facts".

It came over biased to me mostly from the headline - calling it "unjustified" kind of gives away the authors personal opinion and that set the tone of the article; written as though geo-blocking is a bad thing (which it isn't always).
