QOTW: Will you be buying an Xbox One X?

Not likely, but I do like new toys.

As with a lot of people here, I mainly play on PC anyway. Got a PS4Pro for the exclusives, PC seems to get plenty of decent console ports as well, and Play anywhere means most of the XB exclusives also come to my PC.

Just doesn't seem like a sensible buy when all the bases are already covered.

No. The price, lack of good (relevant) games, and subscription costs for online services (including media) mean I'll stick with my PC.

And it should be said i didnt buy any of the previous ones either. I do have a PS3 though, and may consider buying a PS4 if God of War turns out to be exclusive. Mostly bought my PS3 as a blu-ray player, and i dont need 2 of those.

Nope, sold my XB1 as soon as the XBox play anywhere initiative was announced. I'd rather play on a real PC

I won't be, but if Sony knock down the price of the PS4 Pro to compete, I might grab one of them. But it's unlikely, I don't get time to play the games I've already got on PS3 and PC.

Since I'm not interested in any XBox exclusives I can't see it happening. The $499 I could put towards a long overdue PC upgrade that will out perform an XBox One X anyway and be able to play a few steam strategy games that my current laptop cannot.

My kids do though, so it is possible that Sprog one will go for the X, handing down his XBOne to Sprog two.

Zero interest in anything but a comparable android console (meaning a 100w+ box running an ARM soc). Hoping NV puts out one for shieldTV 2.0 as that last one was v1.5 at best with no new SOC inside it. I don't want them to SHRINK it more, I want it blown up bigger for a huge heatsink/fan etc (xbox size), and a possible slot for gpu upgrade would be great Surely NV can get their cards to work in an ARM box.

Other than that I'm done buying consoles. There are so few exclusives I don't see the point today anyway.

Nope. Nearly all the games you get on xbox, you can get on PC which is a much better platform. Ps4 has exclusives, PC as performance and Xbox is just a weird mix in between.

nope cause the price of the original xbox one has not dropped in price. if you make ur money from game sales, you can afford to drop the orginal xbox 0ne to $190.
