Alienware is BACK in Business. I remember the old days when Aleinware and MAC-Power-Pro were the single most powerful computers you could buy for home use, unfortunately self assembled home builds have taken the crown but is it nice to know you have a system with warranty plus stability in performance. But would you rather spend $4399 in cash building your own PC that looks better, performs better but end up throwing away the warranty factor?

You don't throw away the warranty factor by building your own PC, quite a lot of the time you get better warranties on individual parts by building your own.

absolutely right, OEM warranties are often a lot lot less than buying individual components.

Having a warranty for the complete system can be nice, although you can get that from the usual lot of custom PC builders

either I've been alseep for the last 20 odd years or this is wrong, most powerful computers available when every single part is availbe to buy and better parts too ?
