We are lagging behind badly and need our Telecoms infrastructure to be future proofing / building in the capacity to easily update, Fibre should be standard and non of this crap about "Its Fibre but runs into Copper when its from the Exchange'' The sooner we get to a standard of Fibre to the premises (FTTP) the better for all our towns & city. For countryside we need better wireless technologies instead of wasting time & money digging up fields. Its the cities & towns that bring in e- commerce rather than Joe the farmer and thats where the investment should be.

Out here in our farmland area, there are three large business estates that you'd never know about unless you already knew they were there, and the lines for AWE go right past us...
