You can't have failed to miss the fact that the Xbox 360 launches in the US tonight and for a while there have been rumours circulating that Microsoft are looking at a severe shortage to meet demand... Anyway, their latest press release reckons the US is going to go mad for the Xbox 360 as soon as the clocks pass midnight.

As per usual for every console release, I will give it a few months before even considering purchasing it.
Early adopters(especially on the most recent console releases) have been badly stung, so I will bide my time and wait for the killer deal.
My Xbox will tide me over till then.
