Re: Reviews - Inno3D GeForce 9600 GT OC: closing in on £100

Is it me or the 8800 performs abnormally bad it seems as if it's even worse than the 8600GTS on some occasions The article states a few times its the faster card of the NV contenders but according to the Hexus review its slightly better than the 8600!
Now that doesn't sound right, does it?!
Either there's something generally wrong with the review or I'm simply too tired (swimming is hard).
Anyway, there doesn't seem to be any excuse not to be excited by NV's (complicated) good performing mid-range although the entire 9-series is a complete joke.At least the 9600 follows in the footsteps of its predecessors (excluding the 8600):the 6600 and 7600 as being the best middle class card.

I like that review. It shows 1000's of people what they need to know:

that £100 ish buys you a mountain of performance, and that although the nVidia nubering system is confusing, the 9600 is a monster of a potential card. And that if you love ATI, you can go that route too.

Good review, liked it a lot

    Gonna Digg it
