What's going on with the fury X noise? The value in this review is completely different to the value in previous hexus reviews - I'd understand if the values given varied with ambient noise during tests, but the relative ranking of cards shouldn't change. for example:
On launch, it's comfortably quieter than any other stock cooler:

Then when the 1080 is launched, it's started to drift up the rankings - in the last test it was a hair quieter than the 980, but now the 980 is a couple of db below it:

When the 480 launched it was back in the lead of all the stock coolers, 4db under the 1080

With the titan XP review things stay much the same:

What gives? It'd be odd for drivers to change fan profiles so aggressively, so is there just a ~7db margin of error on all readings? With the typical differences between cards in a review this would make most comparisons pointless
