I meant that you had exactly the same accent and looks. But i'm fairly sure you're from different places.

Dunno, I was born in Edinburgh, where's he from? I also lived outside Glasgow for 11 years.

350D = Model of camera
EF-S = type of fitting on the end of the lens (particular to certain Canon dSLRs)
17-85 = the focal range of the lens (think of it as the amount of zoom, in this case 5x)
ISO100 = sensativity or the speed of the digital sensor. Just like you get different types of film (Usually ISO100, 200 and 400. Digitals go up to ISO 1600 though).

It's a Canon 350D, was using my EF-S 17-85 IS lens. I think everything was on ISO 100 too.

lol, yeah im thinking about taking the plunge and getting a digital slr, and have been looking at the canon 400D. Just having a hunt around, to see wheres cheapest.
