Yeah I sure did, but still it's amazing to see! I wish I could do something like that! Well, not so much that you lost but just a bit. But that site you sended me didn't help me so much. Cos it was mostly recipes..and I'm living at home so my mother cooks what she thinks is good for all of us. I have a little brother too, who's still growing and all..she couldn't put him on a diet.

Hms, I've been trying that..but I just haven't found the right sport I guess. So instead I'm trying to do sport on my own, like go jogging or swimming. The thing is (at least over here) that if you start doing a sport the coach wants the team to be the best, moving up to the pro.

Here you can't do sport just for fun anymore now it has to be serious, and you have to fight with blood, if you understand what I mean. I really thinks it's horrible, I have friend that was doing gymnastics..and she looks very nice, she's quite thin..and I mean if you've got muscles (which you have to have if you're doing gymnastics) you can't look like a stick, right?

And she's about 170 cm and weight about 55 kg. 170 cm is about 5.51 feet and 55 kg is about 121 lbs (not much)..and her coach told her that if she wanted to continue and be placed into a better "class" she had to lose 11 lbs...That's so not good.

Well, I do feel fat and I dunno what to do about it. It feels like the only way for me to lose weight is to do what I did in the beginning of the summer..at that time I didn't make it on purpose though..I didn't eat at all for about 3 days..then I got results..

What can I do? But I must say you're pics in the thread (this one and the other) is really lovely! You look so nice! First I couldn't believe it was the same person!

*thanks* it's always nice to here kind words! - please don't NOT eat, i have fallen into that trap and it works for a week or two and then your body gets upset and starts storing FAT as and when it gets it... it's not the way mate... try swimming that is one of the best allrounders... it takes a few weeks to get into a sport you look fine as i'm sure the other guys will agree

If you just stop eating, the only thing you loose is water, not fat, and as bobby said, you start to store fat.

However, trying my best not to sound like a bitch, can you take this to a different thread please? cos this one's for pics for the gallery, and if i have to trail through loads of dialogue i tend to end up missing people oiut :/
