..to meet more of you guys! I'm now fully rested up from December at MK, and I'm itching to get out again (preferably not quite that far though, it costs me monies I don't have much of)
Soo.. the next mini meet. It was tentatively scheduled for sometime this month, am I right in thinking some point in the week beginning 24th?
Also, (directed more at Rai this time) when were you planning (roughly) on the south-west meet (cardiff?)

At the moment hun I've called off most meets as I'm too skint... my credit is crunching.
does public transport not work where you are?
well yes.. ish...
but at £3 to get into town (if the company doesn't put the prices up like they reckon they are) and a walk to the train station to get the train to doncaster, sheffield or piccdilly to get another train to get to a meet....
so £6 one bus to town and back
£26 for a return to piccadilly which isn't exactly far... (last time i went on it)
however much money on another train to the meet
par example: to get to milton keynes:

nope, don't use trains very often... if at all... the only time i do is to visit the brother... or go to cleethorpes

Aberdeen -> London Kings Cross - £35 single. bargain. but thats booking a couple of month is advance.
It was £108 return when I was down a couple of weeks ago, much cheaper than flying and a lot less stressfull
£32 return by coach if you don't mind the 3.5 hr journey time. Always a good option to the trainswell yes.. ish...

s'also because he's going into london to come back north again, I'm just researching a better route
