No Internet yet, but luckily I brought my own this time!  The bad news is that the sleeping area is next to the LAN this time, rather than across the road, so I'm doubly glad I brought my ear-defs! |

| Re: [H3XU5].lan3 - 20/21/22 February 2009 - Uttoxeter Well, it's the morning after the night before. Don't know about anyone else, but I had to take a trip to the bogs to throw up!  Feeling a tad fragile this morning...Sleeping was a bit cramped.  Yes, someone has set up a tent inside! It's a pity it wasn't sound proofed as it was also bloody noisy, and it wasn't Rai this time. Luckily, my ear-defs proved their worth and managed to cut out all snoring in the room. GK had the genious idea of actually sleeping outside on the balcony! Contemplating getting a pop-up tent and sleeping on the balcony next time. This LAN, we've been mostly playing COD4, L4D, and some Zero Hour. L4D is soo much better on a LAN and has been great fun. Looking forward to some more bouts this weekend. |

| Re: [H3XU5].lan3 - 20/21/22 February 2009 - Uttoxeter i knew there was something i forgot about  just a quick fleeting visit (mutters stuff about architects, doors and some walls needing to be replaced and 5 rooms needing to be emptied of stuff). had a read of this thread and it seems that if i had come then i would've had madducks PC so alsenior wouldnt have been able to go, glad my inherent laziness/poorness served a purpose anywho - nearly got my stuff sorted, should be back by easter. (hopefully)  p.s. note for tiggerai : I have 2 athlon chips, 2 pentium chips and a PIII lying around doing nothing. would you like them for your coffee table project? |
