| Re: [H3XU5].lan3 - 20/21/22 February 2009 - Uttoxeter update on whats been happening to me (seen as JK asked): earned some money doing a few jobs for people, found out the job I would've got just before christmas they moved the department to liverpool and reduced staff after advertising. still at shopmobility - which might close in a month (lottery funding runs out, still waiting on whether sefton will fund us :fingerscrossed smilie: ). modded my PC case a little bit - did have 7x80mm fans, now has 5x120mm fans and some grills. just waiting on some more money, then i'll be off to SCAN to spend £700 on the inside bits for the case. will also be buying some games to play on it. also need to rip out 8 doors and doorframes and replace them with fire doors, due to the new fire regulations. 7 rooms and one of the bathrooms need re-painting too. (wonder if TAKTAK wants to do it, he seems to be good at painting walls) other than that... my shoulder hurts, been having random cold sweats ad the biggest annoyance of it all............ WE DIDN'T HAVE AND BLOODY SNOW!!!! IT SNOWED FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF 15 MINUTES IN 2 WEEKS  hows the LAN going? and can someone prod tiggerai and ask about whether she wants those chips for her coffee table? will be posted wednesday if she does.  |

Took 3.5 hours to get to Reading, including a couple of shuttles of the A38 looking for the M42 South avoiding the toll road, and a couple of stop offs at service stations to take on (and expel) coffee. Roads were very busy for a Sunday evening I thought, but then realised it is the end of half-term. Absolutely shattered and looking forward to a good sleep in my own bed with no snoring! |

So navigated by sense of direction which went awry when I was about to hit Cambridge. Ended up on the m11 to stansted before I could turn around and join the A11.Fail.
