I think Al's downfall was Vodka + Redbull/more specifically not putting it in a cup, instead just swigging from both bottles!/when you were sat next to me and Plat thats what you were doing

Food wise there is a 24 hour Tesco literally 3 mins drive away from the racecourse, and on site during the day burgers/bacon sarnies etc etc are available at a VERY reasonable price

You can stick it in the original box, others use a carrying kit http://www.kustompcs.co.uk/acatalog/Carrying_Kits2.html

I just stick my machine in the car, cushion it with sleeping bag/duvet/bedding/pillows etc, and just secure it reasonably well with other things and its fine. Its what ive always done when lanning, and my machines always stayed in one piece.

chuck mine in the passenger footwells in the car, monitors get a pillow case on them then go face down on the back seats

However it's easiest for you to carry the whole lot around, especially if you're training it.

It could be an idea to try and see if there's a lift going from London, it'll save a lot of hassle.
