Well, it sems to a combination of problems for the guys over at GameOn (it's their LANs we go to), like working on other projects, getting the venue booked and staff booked at the same time. I'm not sure, but I think Rasher (the guy who runs it) is also ill a lot of the time at the moment, which isn't helping. There's nothing to stop us trying to sort out a LAN amongst ourselves, but I think the fact there haven't been any real socials this year is testament to how busy various people are/have been (was discussing this with Agent the other day). |

| Re: Any idea when the next LAN is? There is a plan in the pipeline for August Bank holiday weekend - but it's not confirmed yet. There have been some serious logistics problems holding things up. Once it's ready I'll get it posted and organised. I won't be attending this one, as I'm in Ibiza, but I trust the rest of the team to help out where needed to get any n00bs welcomed. Socials are not done and dusted, they're just posponed due to lack of funds and time. I'm still planning on doing the BP meet in Oct / Nov sometime. Fourth - less a problem, but in that link they're asking 3-day (fri-sun) or 4-day (fri-mon).
