    World in Conflict ads

Can we drop these until they're fixed? Every time I have one of these ads on the screen, my browser goes slow as hell, and my CPU usage ramps up to 100% of the core the browser's running on

it's probably some stupid error in frame limiting, like the old Sky HD ads were

it is sort of like red alert but without the resources system. you can only afford 4-5 units at a time and it can get really hard.

Of course there are nukes, but only the tactical ones, so you won't be able to wipe out whole cities with these nukes, but whole bases as seen in some of the videos and trailers.

Oh and I believe its called "World in conflict" because there are also several European countries involved in the war other than Russia and The United States.

I must say, I quite like the idea of the game, I'm all for "what if..." scenarios for games, but just thinking of it, how impossible would it be to invade the USA they'd ave to immediately attack an Airbase and a millitary barracks, its just suicidal, but its still interesting to see how they plan to do it in the game so I may have to get hold of this game at some point.

And yes, they get their tanks, helicopters and troops to the USA via unmarked frieghters, but post-Cold War USA wouldn't let several unmarked frieghters near their borders without making them identify themselves first, failure to so would cause jet fighters to be scrambled...but as they say, its a what if scenario...
