How do you become a Mod/Admin? Who decides it? And how do they decide?
I'm just wondering how it all works really, not asking if I can be one.. Just the nosy side of me at work again! 
If cars had followed the same developmental path as computers, a Rolls Royce would cost £60, get a million miles per gallon and explode once a year, killing everyone inside.
