| Need a pasword reset for my trust account Hi mods, As per the title I need my password e-mailed to me and / or reset for my trust account. Have tried the send me my password button on the trust site and have also sent e-mails to "iain@hexus.net" and "forums@hexus.net" but no joy so far. It's possible my trust account is linked to an old (ntlworld) e-mail address that I no longer have access to though I thought I'd updated it to my btopenworld address at some point (which I still have access to). Since then I've updated my forum account to my current (sky) e-mail address, but probably forgot to do the same for my trust account... Thanks in advance |
