What's going on?
Edit: I see, if I'm not logged in, I get GMT+1, if I'm logged in, GMT.
Is this determined by network time?

You set your time zone in your account preferences

Yeah, it's fine when I'm logged in, but if the session times out, or I haven't logged in yet, I get GMT+1 for some reason...
