Re: World's Smallest Vista-PC on HEXUS.tv
This looks like a really great product. I'd be very interested in having a play with one.
How much is the docking station in the uk? |

Hi Gordy,
Not sure on the docking options - I will ping Martin and see if we can encourage him on to this thread

Re: World's Smallest Vista-PC on HEXUS.tv
Hi Andrzej, Gordy
Glad to be part of the thread, thanks for the invite! There are 2 docking station options, a CD-RW/DVD which is £199 SRP inc VAT, and the DVD-RW/CD-RW product at £269 SRP. eXpansys is your place for both of these. regards Martin |

Miracle !
Off camera, we pressured Martiin a lot to see if it would be a 'hard launch' - but it seems to have been

Re: World's Smallest Vista-PC on HEXUS.tv
It looks a stunning piece of kit - about the only worthy successor I've seen to the original Libretto. OK, it's pricey, but if you take into account the fact that the user'll never need a PDA/laptop in addition to their desktop machine (don't laugh, lots of senior wieners think like that) it looks a LOT more sensible.

Re: World's Smallest Vista-PC on HEXUS.tv
I have to say, I'm looking forwards to reading the review. I hope it goes far enough to include video performance. Yes, I know this isn't a gaming device but having seen a video of it running the original StarCraft, I'd be curious to know what the integrated GPU is capable of. I quite fancy the prospect of some old-skool über portable Windows gaming.
My only concern is should I hide my true identity? A costume maybe?

Re: World's Smallest Vista-PC on HEXUS.tv
All will be revealed shortly - but I can tell you that a 'mate of a mate' was on a plane last week and claims to have been playing Half Life 1 on it
![]() OK - it isn't exactly Elder Scrolls - but it would certainly be better then the options of 'Solitaire' and 'Chess' that I have on my PDA !
