instead of wireless microphones how about using blootooth headsets for mobile phones?
get Nick to talk into his and whoever the cameraman is, plonk his phone (i.e. duck tape it) next to the camera microphone and voila wireless mics. but you being clever blokes will probably come up with VOIP or SKYPE free wi-fi connection thingies.

i would do a drawing in paintbrush to illustrate but i've just sneezed all over my mouse.

anyway, thank you andrzej for the ribena, although i am a bit full from the 24 kinder eggs, 4 packs of crisps,2 pasties and 3 cups of coffee i have just had for tea.

i don't tend to think about medical type thingies like immune systems. in 2004 when i did 1 week at knowsley safari park as part of princess trust, i was on the lake farm shovelling all sorts of animal dung (no flash drives in it sadly, yes yet another reference to feeding one a dog ) and i didn't wash hands before butty time, yummy - cheese and ham with special sauce .


ooh just thought of another suggestion for destroying hardware, clamp it to those handy electric pylons you see in fields, pumping a few thousand volts through it. If it has any capacitors left, plug it in and see if it works. or just hook it to a car battery, use the car that someone ran into a while ago i'm sure whoever the cars is won't mind.

Not a chance! There's the oyster farmers working the rivers and the estuary, seals basking in the sun; so much wildlife and activity making it impossible to be lonely. The autumn sun has kept the ferry operators busy, sail boats with their little motors churning up the water; there's little silence to be had.

Cornwall's got one hell of a maritime history and it's evident. I've got miles and miles of water to cross and shoreline to explore. No two days are the same out there; all conditions and tides to combat and the changing seasons bring something new to see.

It's a dirt cheap hobby and great exercise to boot. I can't recommend it highly enough

Yep... and if you do get away from that lot there's bound to be a group of cableknit sweatered folks singers breaking into an accordian accompanied fol-de-rol or something... How come they all start off with "twas on the 12t of May that the ship did... blah blah blah..." in a nasally twang.

well i was wearing a t-shirt and 2 jumpers yesterday in 15 celcius and had thermal gloves on.


regarding kayaking, i was getting out of one at what i thought was the edge of the river turned out the seaweed was 4 feet thick. it was -2 celcius then, and yes i did get a cold.

Have a chat with a university and ask if you can borrow a vandergraf (sp?) generator. They use big ones to test the ceramic shields that stop all that zoltage running from the wire into the pylons.

EDIT: aslo ask him if he knows were you can get hold of some powered aluminum and iron oxide
