The ultra-cool-impact-everyone's-life stuff is good... ...but there also seemed to be products on show that will augment the lives of less fortunate people as well... ...technology r0cks  . . I kept 6 trusted serving men, they taught me all I knew. There names were what and where and why and how and when and who. (I also had the HEXUS forums on speed dial just in case ) |

Here is the JVC press release JVC Mobile Reveals Strong AV Multimedia Line-up, Takes Home 2 CEA Innovations Awards Looks to be a US centric model, with HD and satellite radio functionality. The USB support is probably much better, it's a but rubbish in the AVX800 that I have (same goes for the SD reader). Doesn't say if the DAB module will be supported anyway. What I was looking for was GPS really. JVC do it with the KD-NX5000, but that's really expensive for what it is, and has a tiny screen, the 7" on this would be awesome. In the AVX800, you just get file access as opposed to a library based on meta data. I bet that could be added to the AVX800 with a software update, but thats not going to happen. |

It doesn't make any sense, we dont have them over here, or in Europe i don't think. I'll wait and see what the stores say about it when it is available, but i'm not hankering after it yet |
