Watch the show..Five fans, nine heatpipes, and maybe, just maybe, a clock speed of 1.5GHz!

And you wonder how chinese are good at gambling, but not poker :-p
For 1.5Ghz it's gonna be more than 500 smackers, I rekon 600+ looking at the competition.
One thing I'd like to know is the air flow direction of the fans, this could affect the chassis you need.
I do like the fact all fans turn off at 30(c)

Have you noticed the long finger nail on his little finger, right hand?
In some asian countries / cultures that's a sign that he made it. He is one of the guys who doesn't have to do physical work, hence the long finger nail, which would hinder one working physically.
I think that it's a stupid thing, and it doesn't look very aesthetic, but that's just my opinion.
I can't watch this. The english is hard to understand when the asian guy is talking.
I wish you could buy cards either without the cooler or with the waterblock on (and without some silly markup - it's never 'just' the 70-80ukp the blocks cost).
I'd love to buy a cherry picked card and not pay for some air solution I don't want/need.

It depends on the way you say something like that really. But lets say they weren't saying it to be rude and were simply stating that they found it hard to understand the guy - that's not rude! If I had trouble understanding the guy and I was there talking to him I would try and get through it as best I could, but if I was really struggling I would say, sorry mate I can't quite understand what you're saying. You'd have to be hyper sensitive to be offended by that.
you found him difficult to understand? how? he speaks very well.
5 > 3 :d
I like it, I think it looks badass!
Although he needs to brush up on his secret keeping skills. Reminds me of the guy from Austin Powers. Can't stand being asked 3 times so gives up the answer aha!
The max attainable clock is different for each card and independent of the “nominal boost clock” that you get in the specifications of the card. In my experience all GTX 6x0 that I have tested go over the nominal boost clock to a intrinsic max clock that is variable from card to card but it does not change under any load. The rule of gold is to try to maintain temp lower than 70C. As soon it gets to that temperature your max clock is decreased by 13mhz, and another 13mhz at 80C.When you increase the offset the max clock is increased by the specified amount until it is not stable anymore. But you are actually forcing your intrinsic max clock to any clock you desire.
