oooh I'm tempted, sorely tempted...
Dropping herself off at the airport this morning, I picked up a flyer (pun intended
) advertising a half-hour "aerobatic experience" in a light aircraft. Just called the number now - it's gonna cost £94.... reckon it's worth it? I'm sooooooo tempted. Never flown in anything smaller than a Shorts 360 before....

Chipmunks in the ATC were fab. What I didn't like was pulling the parachute on tight, it really did my knackers in.
I loved flying in those things though. ![]() 'Make mine a Spitfire, Landlord!' |

Chipmucks were phased out just before me so I got to fly in a bulldog instead, nice side by side cockpit

I have been in a plane doing some gentle stuff over the South Coast - a great experience but make sure you are strapped in tight and there are no unsecured objects in the cabin otherwise it could get a bit painfull
