is anyone else getting really sick of the glitches?

It seems they bring out a patch and fix most of the things u didnt notice in the first place but dont do very much at all about the dreadful lag.

Punkbuster is b**locks and is constantly kicking me for various losing key packets message dispite following all the instrustions on the PB site & completely reinstalling...

yeah im sick of that game, what really bugs is the ppl that play there so ready to abuse the glitches and flaws in gameplay, like ppl who ram in the helis, drop pods.

I dont think im ever goin go to buy a dice game again, they changed the gameplay so many times it got annoying and then left it with serious balance issues and then release bf2142 and drop all support for it

When u say about the drop pods, do you mean when u plunge through planes and distroy them? im not so sure thats a glitch, i think its meant to be like that. I find it quite satisfying plunging through a full transporter about to board the titan

no i think its a glitch and its bloody annoyinh the only reason you survive is because the droppod has stupidly a high health level

well to me that suggests its not a glitch.... if it wasnt i reckon a patch wud have lowered the health level of it by now

As for the punkbuster losing key packets, it was a pb update in bf2142 that has installed punkbuster b into ya firewall you have to go into ya firewall and permit both punkbuster a and punkbuster b, i had this problem a few weeks ago and the forums was rife with people with the same problem and that solved it...i find it a great laugh playing it with 5 of me mates, put in over 200hrs and still really enjoy getting badges, just got me engineer 30 kills lovely!!!!!, having too much fun to be really annoyed with it, maybe its time to find you a new game..

yeah thats no glitch... the worst patch update was bf2 when they changed the assualt grenade launcher to stop exploding on impact

what you mean like they have attempted 3 or 4 times now and they still haven't managed to stop ppl glitching into the titan cargo crates

i dont have a firewall or virus protection when im playing the game.... it works onsome servers but not on others. Like i said earlier i have tried EVERYTHING that pb has to offer and i still get the message. A mate i play with has the same problem, no virus or firewall but on certain servers still gets booted off, its full of **** PB is a good concept but it doesnt work and causes more problems than it solves.


Yeah the titan guns are crap & the cargo crate glitch is rediculus but the actual titan itself is glitchridden and i cant see them solving it before BF3 comes out. They havent even tried to mend the so called 'pod glitch' because it isnt a glitch, your meant to be able to smash through planes. Planes have lower health than the pods thats just the way it is.

why are supposed to be able to smash everything planes, tanks, apc's !!! how does that make the game fun !! when some 12 yr old destroys your tank just because its on 60% health how does that even make sense

no not everything, the amount of time i've smashed into a walker or tank/apc then kill meslf, its just mainly airtransport, cant believe your not using a firewall whilst online
u need to permit punkbuster b somehow cus its in ya system and thats why you get losing key packets, maybe you should start using a firewall then seeing if punkbuster is there,

well if a solid metal escape pod came hurling through the air towards a half damaged tank i reckon it could destroy it! Plus, even if it didnt its a game its not real, we dont even have escape pods like that in real life so we dont know what they are capable of. Just because u dont like the feature of the game doesnt mean its a glitch and everyone else isnt allowed to like it.

I dont really see the need for a firewall, if you know what proccesses do what in your system then all u need to do ctrl alt del and proccesses, does it for me anyway. If i get a virus/trojan etc; i just unplug the network run a scan & clean then boot up in safe mode and do a final check.

seriously it is NOT my computer that is the problem. I have tried everything, plus it works in some servers and not others. Punkbuster B is there! if it wasnt how would it work in some servers and not others?? iv been baffled by this but im not blaming myself or my computer anymore. Punkbuster have now began to ignore my ticket which i think is out of order seeing as i payed good money. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

good so if punkbuster b is there, is punkbuster a there if so then they both need to be permitted, cus you dont use a firewall then they will be clashing with each other (ie one working not the other) this has solved many peoples problems including mine, also you have to go to alot of trouble if you do get a virus/trojan surely it would be easier to have a firewall(unless you got 1 with ya router?) sorry but i think it is down to your computer when there are soooo many peeps out there playing with no problems...

maybe glitch is to hard aword, but it is certainly a floored gameplay dynamic there is no skill in ramming planes and just because its in the game doesnt mean that it was intended to be played like that, e.g. getting onto roofs that was never intended and dice almost stopped ppl doing it, glitching in crates thats ok as well i suppose because the game allows you to?
Stop using the tired arguement of its not real life everyone knows that, its just a pathetic and immature way of playing the game
