How to make a Time Demo in CoD4

I hate it...proper hate it.

I can do it, but as I can't aim while moving anyway, being in 3d doesn't help

I used it a lot in Q3 long ago, to reduce splash damage and to pull off the odd rocket jump, but this is supposed to be earth with soldiers kitted out in 60 kg of additional equipment... jumping round every corner makes me mad, where as [ramirez] "being a sneaky bastard, SAH " [/ramirez] is my middle name... and is a clear and present danger

I forgot to mention that the Mini Uzi w./ Silencer, Bandolier, UAV Jammer and Dead Silence is pretty awesome.

I often DO use Deadsilence, with a silenced Uzi and UAV jammer.

I love the Uzi, BECAUSE I can't aim when I'm up close. Spray and Pray

you need to make a file called DEMOS in that folder.

E:\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\Mods\ModWarfare\demos

put them in THAT

After I'd put the things in the right folder (dumkopf for not readin the instructions...) I've run 3 different demos through, and at 1600x1200 with 4xAA, the lowest fps was 55.8 and the highest 62.4 Pretty reasonable I would have said

good lack of variance yeah.

Now you gotta get it up to around 75/76 all the time, so drop some eye candy, see if it'll get there. Cos if it does, then we can sort some ping improvements too
