    Installing AEP

For some reason I dont seem to have a choice where on MY computer I would like to install AEP.. and it automatically installs itself in program files on my C drive.. which is the LAST place I want it to go.

MY forgotten battles main game is installed on my D drive.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Almost certain because you did an OS install and the registry enteries for FB are shafted. I had the same issue. You can either set the registry options up or do a reinstall of FB to set them correct

    ok thnks.. lemme try.. brb

OK.. Ended up with a fresh install of FB and then rechecked the registry to see what was different.

As expected ....I had been missing the

    "directory" key in :

HLKM/Software/Ubi Soft/IL-2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles. and as such it assumed that it was installed in the defult folder.

Now, that directory key haas my correct game path in as its value

Shame really, If the directory key had been there before, I could have just altered the value to be my correct game path. Should have checked in with you guys before doing a complete reinstall to see what you had in your registry.
