Just a word of warning gents, this is a serious system hog - I have to run this at medium settings to get a smooth ride - even then the occasional stutter when something explodes or a chimney stack comes into view.

Its ruddy marvelous - but unless your a spawney get with a 9700/9800 pro and a 3Gb Barton, you've got some tweaking ahead of you

Looks like I'll struggle. Still I can live without fancy graphics, it's the flight model I'm interested in.

If I can't put a wingtip on the floor and fly around a tree at 180 knts in an A-10 by this evening I'll be in tears.

Yeah thats fun - make sure you use the zoom keys on the numeric keypad / and * to zoom in and out of your instruments - if you zoom all the way out the sensation of speed at low level is awesome

Oh - and knock out that Shilka AAA first, if you don't get him before the first pass, your toast

if u put the graphics on low it seems u can still get a pretty decent flight model, but low scenery detail and the weapons look crap.

Lock On? Lock Up more like!

2 mins of gameplay then it locks. From what I saw (had to turn everything to low or off) this is pretty, but some of the buggiest code ever. I get no engine sounds for a start which suggests (and it looks that way) that it's a simple rehash of the Flanker 2.0 engine which although was good, was full of bugs.

Won't be spending my hard earned on this, no way.
