    Help! Cyborg 3D won't install

    I've bought a Cyborg Plat 3D.

I got the latest drivers off the web page for XP. Installed them, art the prompt put in the usb connector. It found it, but the program doesn't install it.

Just says there was a problem.

Anyone else experience probs getting this stick to work on XP? Any advice?

    Er. How?

Game controllers --> Add. Then what? I try and pick one and it says: Gameport drivers are not configured properly and errors.

EDIT ADDED BY ZAK33 to help others people:

NO NO NO Dont add a game port...its USB......not the game port on the sound card......run away from that

    See below...

and forget the drivers with XP....it will suss it for you

When I plug it in it says:
    *ping*
    New Hardware found
    USB Human interface.
Problem occured whilst installing. New hardware may not working properly.

I then go to game controllers in the control panel, and there's nothing there.
My Logitech Steering Wheel working first time :\

right....no idea then. I never installed the drivers....just went in with XP only.

Try UN INSTALL the software (add remove programs) and then reboot.

in fact..have you rebooted yet at all

Bizarre. After a flurry of expletives, and a darn good telling off, it's working! heh. I hate these things! Cheers Zak.

My. These planes stall easily. I want heat seakers!

heat seekers are for sissies. Planes will stall if yoiu knock all the air off the wings or if Dak/Trig/Lowe is behind you in a P39 :-s
