Desk Drawer Part Needed

My top drawer of my desk has a lock which I want to make use of. Upon opening it I realised it's missing a snap-on accessory that the lock pushes up into. The part missing from my top draw is black bracket screwed in by two screws.

Does anyone what you call it or where I could purchase one from or just the bit in the middle..?
