What box?

I'm thinking about putting together a small epia based SFF.

I was going to buy a simple SFF box but then I thought!

Maybe I should do it in another thing, like an old hi-fi or flight case.......

Any suggestions ?

2nd the vcr, or a dvd player and see if u could bang a dvd drive in the correct place to continue usin the original button and whole etc

VCR I like the idea....so far I'd been thinking Hi-fi units!

I might just start off with a plexi glass base....boring I know but

I had also thought about using a flight case.....

There's some guy who put an Epia into a Cambridge Audio AMP, and he used the large heatsink in there to passively cool his CPU - so if I was going to do something like this, I'd definitely go for the old AMP - that way you can use the big heatsink from the AMP as a passive heatsink for a silent PC - that would be COOL

I'm either to to build on a chopping board or buy an e-buyer little black cse with external psu.

I reckon the chopping board will be heat resistant and wipe clean

Well, I am sitting at work (boooo) with a fairly generously sized phone on the desk wondering if a mini-ITX board would fit.. it has a nice digital display that could be hijacked as well as a handset that could have speakers fitted in and shedloads of LEDs on it....
