K55 Disconnects randomly

Had my keyboard 5 days or so, intially ok but since installing CUE and updating the firmware it disconnects all the time. ive changed the usb suspend setting to no avail, possibility of an old firmware before i return please?

I don't think its that, sometimes they do take a while to respond on here.

I would contact them directly rather than through a forum, you will get a quicker response.

Did you get this issue sorted out yet? If not, then perhaps I can recommend a few things to try and see if it will resolve this detection issue. Let me know.

Havent sorted it, Corsair have opened a return which I'm not that impressed with, leaves me without a keyboard for a while and probably the same issue when the new one arrives. Corsairs customer service was second to none a few years back show me its still there!
