Tastes good after the specified warmup (6 mins), less than that does make a difference, more seems to make little difference.

You could always put it on a time switch though.

Besides which every time I have tried any of the other types I have just found them disgusting.

All personal choice but to me good coffee is douwe egberts either pads in the senseo or ground in a basic coffee machine, that + cream + sugar = heaven. you can keep the rest.

Well, when you have some spare pounds, you can run to your local coffee shop or main st. shops to try out different types. Since I like sugar and sweet things (don't know if you are that type of person), I love the frappuccino they sell at starbucks. Although I must admit it takes more like chocolate drink than coffee to me (very little amount of coffee )

Latte and cappuccino are good too. Like the milky taste

not your fault but,......I'd suggest that, to date.. you've not had the best available then.

example: my missus would not drink the Douwe Eg pads that you point out.... she's taste it... shudder.. and leave it.

that's because it's the coffee she used to think was good coffee....

and then she had really good coffee..... really good.. Espresso's ... she saw the light.

These guys: http://www.johnwatt-online.co.uk/ do some frankly UNBELIEVEABLE coffee. I urge you to try some of the "Mediterranean" blend...

I rather like www.hasbean.co.uk for coffee beans, really good selection there.
