Dolce Gusto make your own milk pods.

    Hey all

My Sister is dairy intolerant and therefore cant have the majority of their range, after emailing Dolce Gusto they said they had no plans of implementing a soya milk pod. Do you lot know of any method to make my own Soya pods? If not would it be worth investing in a milk frother to achieve the same effect?

    Thanks in advance

I don't think Dolce Gusto pods are available from any one but Nescafe. I'm not sure if they hold a design patent or similar but I was never able to find anything (I just wanted cheaper pods). I'd invest in a milk frother or a coffee machine with built in milk frother. Our Dolce Gusto machine has sprung a leak so we're replacing it with a nespresso. Several models of those come with separate heated milk frothers (Its cheaper to buy them with a machine mind you)!
