I've had my current one for years, but rarely seem to use it these days. Most things I use from tins seem to have pull-ring tops.
Ours is like this one:
It cost about £15 and is 19 years old this month (we bought it the same weekend we got our cat). It has never failed.
I bought this one, very small and works inexplicably brilliantly well for something with little leverage:
I've had a kenwood electrical version for 10 years now, still hasn't missed a beat!

In the kitchen, I actually use a P-38 type myself, albeit the one they used to issue in British ratpacks. The Mrs has a couple of modern, fancy ones, but I really can't be bothered with them. Half the cans nowadays have ringpulls anyway, which is nice and convenient but also spoils the fun!
