Just to see if O2's plans not to offer a early upgrade has worked. You could compare them to the first day/week sales of the 3G as there was an upgrade for that.

Here's some press on the sales figures from O2's Digital News Centre at least; it seems O2 sold 50% more iPhones on Friday than on launch day last year.
