A new public beta version of the Windows Vista operating system, build 5728, is now available but only for a limited time and with some limitations that might mean you'd want to steer clear and stick with RC1 build 5600.

For those of us that are likely to download the 'latest' build so recently after the RC1, i dont think a little time constraint is gonna bother us, there'll probably be another build before then anyway so it wont affect.
