Battlezone trial
If you've got 5 or so minutes to spare, could you download the XBL Battlezone trial and tell me just how long your get to play?
No joke, I was playing less than two minutes before it told me I'd need to get the full thing, that's ridiculous! |

heh i didnt even get as far as the end. I played it for about 20 seconds and thought it probably would have been better to stay in the past.

Battlezone wasn't a particulary great game to start with. Back in the day it had spangley vector graphics which gave a wow factor. Game was shallow though. |

Really got my hope up when I saw the thread title - used to enjoy playing Battlezone 2 and suddenly thought it had been resurrected. After seeing it's just a rehash of the original I'm quite disappointed.
I agree that the demo time is pretty abismal - I only got about a minute to try it - it's probably long enough to see what the game has to offer. There's sod all there to be honest. |
 My only concern is should I hide my true identity? A costume maybe?

Shot 3 tanks and a UFO and then the demo was over. The Rocky and Bullwinkle demo was frustrating as well.

Ahh good it wasn't just me. Luckily it only took me 20 odd seconds to realise it was a crock of poo! Still, that's really poor of who ever decided the trial would only be that long, a really poor show.

The cynical amongst us might even suggest that the demo is so short because the game sucks... but that wouldn't be me.
