Well it seems Shopto want to say my card/details fail verification yet the funds have already been allocated when i check my bank account online (multiple copies of the LE edition as i tried to re-enter detials twice) so looks like i'll be getting it on friday

Whats the new vinyl editor like?

i have an issue with mine and it's bloody annoying everytime a friend comes online it flashes up trash man is online or whoever and my game judders along for a few seconds really annoying huge fps drop.

So far I can't say I'm that impressed.

1. I'm still not that enthralled with the handling, just seems too much understeer. As I have said before, seems like turn 10 have done a GT4 - compared to GT3 (Forza 2) route, which was a definate thumbs down for me.

2. Why on earth, when I told it at the start I was a seasoned racing game player does it feel the need to hold my hand through everything. What's with the auto-upgrade function? I seriously hope I'm missing a secret petrolhead mode.

I'm prepared to give it time though, but so far it seems like the poor relation compared to the masterpiece of Forza 2.

initial impressions are turn10 has got lazy and microsoft needs to replace them with a team who can build on a game, not do a 1 step forward 2 steps back act every release. this is forza 2 in a tatty frock, which was forza 1 in lipstick. which would be fine if they were going somewhere, but im not sure it is.

im building up a garage but im not sure why, i dont think ill use the matchmaking anywhere near as much as f2's lobby with random people joining, having a chat and racing..

the "physics" well i dont know if iv become used to the demo but i was chucking a 22b around suzuka and it felt identical to f2..

graphics - cars are a bit smoother, old tracks seem slightly overexposed which makes them seem even more barren, and as aliased as ever. new tracks look better but still distractingly jaggy

terrible. maybe i shouldnt buy it then. Many console fans will no doubt lap it up so devs will continue to bring out trash online components like this!

i am praying PD dont get this silly idea from turn 10 and IW and release gt5 with no dedicated servers!!!

Damm i hope rfactor 2 doesnt either!!!! THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO GO!!!

This may sound really stupid to the rest of you, but im glad that i havent got the funds as of yet to buy this game, as going by what you all think of it its best i wait till its patched etc.

i cant see al these things being fixed in a patch. things like the multiplayer issues and no dedicated servers may never change.

While i dont like the multiplayer i am enjoying the singleplayer game, Gamerscore is a bit too easy to get i felt i really earned my gamerscore on forza 2 but on this i have got about 300 and they have come so easily.
