    MW2 - no parrty chat!?!

So I'm not sure how true this is but I've heard from a good number of places that IW has decided to block XBL party chat when playing 'some game modes' on MW2?? After a brief search of the net it seems I'm not the only one who thinks this is a ridiculous idea and I found a petition (don't know what good it will do but it can't hurt to sign it if you agree) here where you can, well, sign it. IMO I'd much rather be in party chat talking to either my team-mates or to friends on another game rather than have my eardrums damaged by the mobs of idiots screaming non-stop down the mic and arguing about anything you say about anything. Party chat is one of the best features of XBL and I don't see what gives them the right to stop people from using it. The only way I could see this being good is to stop people in S+D telling team-mates where to go etc but seriously who cares? Sorry if this has been posted elswhere.
    Anyone agree?

signed, i often go into party chat just to as you say filter out the mindless drivel that you are some times subject to.

And the point being? The console version doesn't have any of these either. At least we know we will have PC gamers moaning about how **** the game is instead of 8 yr olds trying to tell us how to play a game xD

Either way, no matter what platform we all get MW2 on we all get screwed over somewhere

Just a heads up, although this is speculation..
As per HUKD, Sainsburys will be stocking 360 & PS3 versions on Tuesday for £26.

Cancelled my pre-order with Coolshop as it was still "Processing",
will be heading to Sainsburys Tuesday to pick it up regardless of price anyhow.

Not sure what their price will be for PC.

IGN doesn't normally update on the weekend, but this is Halo so normal rules don't apply

Do not watch those vid's above if you don't want spoilers. It's essentially a sort of speed run on the 360 for MW2 and its done in just over 4 hours :/ Mind this is on regular.

After seeing the SP can be done in around 4 hours and the MP side other than co-op not interesting me I may send this back myself.

fingers crossed tonight/tomorrow I will be able to tell you what its like on the PC

Will host a few online games myself and see what happens to pings.

Gonna grab it for 360 to I think as Sainsburys are doing it stupidly cheap tomorrow, so will pop to the local one in my lunch break.
