Just got my Samsung Galaxy S3 today and It keeps saying "Camera failed" :/

Every time I launch the camera it just shows a black screen (no picture at all) with the cameras UI overlay, and then shortly after the message saying the camera has failed comes up and it quits back to the home screen.

I've searched around and it seems like a common problem but I haven't been able to fix mine yet. I've tried updates and factory resets but it just doesn't work.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Oh that's probably the Apple legal team at work, you probably accessed something that they've 'patented'. Tut tut.
