    Anyone got a Samsung X830/Blush?

I need some feedback on this phone from people who have it/ used it.

Thinking about getting it as a present.

    Cheers!

I don't have one but I've had a look at one when they came in to work. I personally don't like them sorry, the 2 column button layout is likely to put off anybody who's used to texting as they will have to totally re-learn the keys and I didn't think it felt very sturdy.

What sort of things are you after? From our place the Nokia 5300 music pack is pretty popular.

It's for the wife tbh, she doesn't phone/text a lot, she uses an old school nokia and is happy with it, however, she mentioned getting an Ipod shuffle, so I put 2+2 together

It's an idea, but she doesn't often use her phone, and this would get rid of the problem of having to remember 2 things!

if she's happy with her phone, just get her a shuffle
or a phone with removable memory, and get a high-cap card for storing mp3's

whats the battery life like when used as a mp3 player? i remember older phones tended to be pathetic and you were left with a flat phone in no time
