P1i vs. Tytn vs. ?
Got an E61 at the moment. It's an OK phone but quite big, slow and a bit old school.
Cant decide between the P1i and the Tytn. Contract is up on Tmobile soon so could go for the Tytn (it's my work phone so my company pays) and either keep it or flog it on ebay and get a P1i instead. I dont use the keyboard on the E61 as much as I thought I would, which is why I thought a P1i might be a better choice. Main usage is Email, Web, Phone, Calendaring in that order really. Needs to do OTA syncing with Exchange reliably. Any advice? Edit: I used to have a Vario II but it drove me nuts. Kept crashing, not answering calls when you press the answer call button (dur!), crashing, generally being rubbish and crashing. I heard that WM6 is a lot better, but is it THAT much better? You know a vario 2 is a tytn? Do you mean kaiser?

Actually, the tytn isnt that bad anyway, i have occasional issues (mainly because tomtom leaks memory all over the place) but other than that i'd say i dont have to hard reset it anymore than once a month, and have no issues with calls etc.

I would say WM6 is an improvement over its predecessor WM5 where I was having to reset it nearly daily due to the amount of freezing it did. I've been using WM6 for 4 weeks now and not 1 reset needed. Just my experiences though on an XDA Orbit

i have a kaiser and i must say WHAT A PHONE !!!!!!
it is much much better then my old tytn even thou i flashed the tytn to wm6 the kaiser is fast no locking up i have had it since the day it came out about 2 months or so and i have still not rebooted yet, |
