Re: T-Mobile in Bucks today has been pants

Received a new phone from T-Mobile on Wednesday; Had always been on orange and had good cover. T-mobile coverage in my area is definitely....weaker. At least in the few locations that I have used my new phone in, despite their online system saying my area has good 3G coverage and very good GPRS coverage.

Today has been very bad, so maybe there was an issue with their service today. I couldn't get a connection in my aunties house and depending on what room I was in, I couldn't get a connection in my grans either. In my own home, I can't get a 3g connection in my room, but if I go to the back of the house (about 15 metres) I can get a 3g connection. I will be phoning them when details of my online account come through since I am meant to be getting HSDPA on my phone but I don't think they are supplying it. I have read that they can be awkward in providing it if it is not listed on your online account.

I had full strength signal, but dialing anything involved it jusr dropping.

My boss, same network, had same issue and I rang my own phone and it showed as a dead number.

    Sad state of affairs.

Sounds like a glitch on their network tbh - when I was with them I had a rock-solid signal pretty much everywhere I've been..

T-(sh1tŁ)mobile is dire everywhere, for some strange reason the company i work for use them. when i'm out on site all over the country they are useless, i.e. dropped calls/network loss etc. i usually have to resort to using my own phone (o2 which seems to work everywhere) and sending the bill in and claiming it back on expenses.

T-mobile is the only network that has signal where I live. I never have any real problems with it unless I am in one particular pub in Wimbledon village.
