Re: LG Viewty We don't directly stock the LG phones in he stores (Vodafone), Phones4U do have them though on the various different networks including Voda. Prada and Shine was pretty buggy. Another thing with them is that if they go wrong you have to send them back to LG, our repair center won't touch them. Not sure about other networks though.

Re: LG Viewty Gentlemen, this phone is awesome... Im amazed at how responsive the touch screen is. Everything seems logical and fluid. Annoyingly i didnt receive a micro sd card at all. and only one stylus is a bit of a bugger... just means i will have to take extra care. But guys, if you want a lush phone without the apple price tag then go for this phone. i will write a full review based on "IMO" over next couple days.

As for the LG, looks very nice and it isnt really girly like most 'style' phones, I just couldnt wait for it to come out when I upgraded, happy with my samsung though... |

Re: LG Viewty Right first opinions.. I was annoyed that it didnt come with a memory card (micro sd) and only supports up to 2gb, which i feel for the phones capability (movies/music) isn't enough. The touch screen interface works really really well and it has the option of having a qwerty keyboard/traditional/or hand writing recognition! The camera is awesome altho no lens cover so watch that dust! Doesnt seem like you can download any more than the default themes that come with the phone which is a pain. Got bored of them already. The design of the phone is slimline so it sits beautifully in your pocket. It looks and feels nice, and i felt really good this morning playing with my new toy on the way to work and all the blackberry commuters are peering over your shoulder.. muhaha I have 13 days left to decide if i will stick with this phone or go for the w960i, which a sony rep (Mattius Holm) tells me will be released in jan. One other thing which bugged me, is the contacts interface.. just seems a bit niggly when trying to find contacts.. one last thing, dont seem like i can remove the O2 active (web link) from the home screen which is annoying!! More info coming once ive played more! Last edited by RECOiL™; 15-11-2007 at 10:03 AM.. Reason: update

Re: LG Viewty hi recoil im totally torn between the N95 and this LG Viewty..... one thing thats really bugging me ( and hopefully someone thats got it can answer) is that according to a post on the cnet review site, this phone TURNS OFF when charging????? obviously no good when u charge over night and expect ur alarm to wake you up!!! and on that note my second question..... can someone confirm that the alarm sounds ALOUD when the phone is in silent profile??? - a petty thing but something i use everyday! otherwise i think im sold! all i gotta do now is find it on vodafone! cheers!

Re: LG Viewty I just dont under why a phone marketed for its high quality camera like features doesn't even have a lens cover. I'm afraid on this point alone I might just pass on LG Viewty. That and the 2gb memory limit.
