Re: orange upgrade
I was on a similar plan myself, given lots of free minutes and no free texts. I found that i was able to change to their 'racoon' package with a few less free minutes and 100 free texts per month, we'll see if it improves my monthly bill (hopefully shouldnt be more than the standard £25 per month).
They gave me a free S.E. W660i, which although doesnt look like it's going to break any records should function just fine as a phone. I used to believe that you should have one gadget for one purpose, but then got fed up of having a phone plus an mp3 player plus a PDA plus a camera plus.... in my pockets, so convergence is all well and good, but i still wouldn't be happy to play my mp3 player all day and then find i couldnt make any phone calls until it's re-charged.
System as shown, plus: Akasa 965 HSF. Griffin Powermate that pulsates blue! Solid oak computer desk.
Diamondback Razor. Logitech media keyboard. Netgear MP115. AC-S1 R2 on the 3870. Netgear DG834N router. Creative I-Trigue 3450 driven by an Audigy 2. External 160GB and 500GB hard drives. 1 happy me. 1 not so happy me's wife. My Hexus Trust |

Re: orange upgrade

have a P990i at the mo as i quite like the large screen and the touchscreen, so was thinking about the N95 or the P1, but i have no idea what spv stuff is about and whats decent at the mo |

Re: orange upgrade
quite a few years, was on a £50 a month contract last year but moved down as i wasnt using that much.
am now paying £35 a month (i think) on a price match (similar to an o2 contract of the time) to be honest, if i could be bother i need to argue with them as the contract was supposed to be 12 months, which i repeatedly made sure of, and as i started that contract in may, i think they stuffed meonto an 18 month contract
