    N95 on 3 - won't update to version 20.0.015 firmware
    Is anyone else having this problem?

    It downloaded the update fine but fails when it starts to update the phone.

    Doing my tree in as I can't install the N-gage software until it's on version 20.0.015

    Ah right enough - if they let you download it, you'd assume it's available. No idea why it won't install to be honest...
