sending SMS from mobile via internet

Send texts frequently from UK to abroad. Hate the costs of international texts so as I have an unlimited data plan, wondered if anyone knew if there is a way to send the SMS via the internet to a mobile anywhere in the world for free(ideally I'd be able to create a normal text message but the contact I send it to could be setup to send via web).

The phones I currently use are a Kaiser and a K800i but would be nice if the solution worked on any phone so my parents can do the same

I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.
