Texts i don't want taking £1.50 a time from me

This week i topped up my phone by £10 yet without me even trying to spend it,it was flying out of my phone.Within 2 days i was left with about 1.50 because i kept getting messages like the below taking 1.50 from me without even reading the bastards,I'm scared to top up anymore.

Txt Party is a weekly subscription service with an SMS allowance when you join for £ 4.50 per week until you send STOP to 88844. As a member you have 140 PC to mobile SMS each week. You must be 16+ years of age or have bill payers permission, standard operator SMS (sent by the user) charges apply.

You can either STOP to 88844 or ditch your sim card and get another number.

That offer looks so bad, you get to send up to 20 messages, from a PC, a day at the cost of 4.50 a week, I guess they will send you 3 messages a week to billing you 1.5 a time.

i got some over xmas found out who was sending them emailed them and they sent a cheque to me fair enough i only had 2 texts but still
