Re: Dialaphone
used them years ago, and they fannied me about something rotten.
Managed to escape the contract and got an orange one, which I've been on since. I dont think I'd ever deal with a third party reseller again, it's just too much hassle for me. |

Re: Dialaphone
They sent me a used phone, which had someone elses SIM card already inserted. Browsing through the phone settings we found the "My Number" section and gave the number a call. Unsurprisingly, my phone didn't start ringing, and an Englishman picked up. He had received the phone and returned it within the 14 day period.
That and fannying about with my billing, not taking the right amount etc, left me with a sour taste in my mouth. This was over 3 years ago, so I dont know how they compare nowadays! |

Re: Dialaphone
I bought my first ever contract phone from dialaphone, some 8 years back now.
Last year we got a free iPod Classic 80g and cashback, they were very quick to send the iPod and cheques out. A lot of these firms offering free gifts and cash back have had some bad press, but its always worked out great for me and i think they have now improved. They are actually owned buy one of the big high-street chains, Phones4U or Carphonewarehouse, i forget which one. |

Re: Dialaphone
My brother had a cash back contract with them a few years ago - he had problems getting his cash back....
Id say its better to go with a free gift deal, cash back just isnt worth the hassle |
